【摘要】:ThispartofISO13584specifiestherequirementsforanISO-registeredreferencedictionaryformeasuringinstrumentswiththeirdescriptivepropertiesanddomainsofvalues.Themeasuringinstrumentstobeincludedinthedictionarycompriseenvironmentmeasuringinstrumentsandlaboratorymeasuringinstruments.ThispartofISO13584alsospecifiestheproceduresofanorganizationthatdevelops,maintainsandupdatesthereferencedictionaryformeasuringinstrumentsoveraspecifiedperiodoftime.SuchanorganizationisnominatedbyISOandisreferencedinthispartofISO13584astheregistrationauthorityofthereferencedictionaryformeasuringinstruments.Thereferencedictionaryformeasuringinstrumentscontainsthefollowing:—definitionsandidentificationsofclassesofmeasuringinstruments,withassociatedclassificationscheme;—definitionsandidentificationsofdataelementtypesthatrepresentpropertiesofmeasuringinstruments;—definitionsandidentificationsofdomainsofvaluesthatproveusefulfordescribingtheabovedataelementtypes.Eachclass,propertyordomainofvaluesofthisapplicationdomainconstitutesanentryofthereferencedictionaryformeasuringinstrumentsdefinedbytheregistrationauthority.Itisassociatedwithacomputersensibleandhumanreadabledefinition,andwithacomputersensibleidentification.Eachdictionaryentryhasanidentifierthatallowsittobereferencedunambiguouslyfromanyapplication.DefinitionsandidentificationsofdictionaryentriesaredefinedbymeansofstandarddatathatThefollowingarewithinthescopeofthispartofISO13584:—requirementsonthestandarddatathatisusedtorepresentthevariousclassesofmeasuringinstruments,togetherwiththeirdescriptivepropertiesanddomainsofvalues;NOTE1Descriptivepropertiescanincludepropertiesconcerningregulationsonmanufacturing,operation,maintenance,disposalandrecyclingoftheproduct.—theprocesstobefollowedbytheregistrationauthoritytoproposeandvalidateaninitialversionofthereferencedictionaryformeasuringinstruments;—theprocesstobefollowedbytheregistrationauthoritytocollect,validateandregisternewentriesorupdateentriesforthereferencedictionaryformeasuringinstruments;—theprocesstobefollowedbytheregistrationauthoritytodistributethereferencedictionaryformeasuringinstruments.ThefollowingisoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO13584:—thestandarddatathemselvesthatconstitutethecontentofthereferencedictionaryformeasuringinstruments.
