【摘要】:ThispartofBS7291specifiesgeneralrequirementsandmethodsoftestforthermoplasticspipesandassociatedfittingsintendedforusewithinbuildingsfortheconveyanceofwaterunderpressure,fordistributionofhotandcoldwater,includingdrinkingwater,andforcirculationofhotwaterforheatingpurposes.Thesesystemsarealsosuitablefortheconveyanceofcoldwaterforaperiodof50yearsatatemperatureof20°Candadesignpressureof12?bar.ThisBritishStandardisapplicableonlytoClass“S”pipesandfittings.DetailsofthespecificapplicationsandserviceconditionsaregiveninTable1.Thisspecificationisapplicabletorigidorflexibleplainpipes,andpipesincorporatingapolymericbarriertoinhibitgaspermeabilitythroughthepipewallandhavinganominaloutsidediameteruptoandincluding110mm.NOTE1Methodsoftestandguidanceonqualitycontroltestingaregivenintheannexes.NOTE2BS7291-2andBS7291-3specifyadditionalrequirementsforpipesand/orfittingsmanufacturedfromspecificthermoplasticsmaterials.TheyshouldbereadinconjunctionwiththispartofBS7291.NOTE3Referenceto“pressure”inthispartofBS7291means“gaugepressure”,unlessotherwisestated.NOTE4WherethepipeorfittingisofathermoplasticsmaterialcoveredbyapartofBS7291-1,BS7291-2orBS7291-3,eithertherequirementsforpreventingorcontrollingtheextentofpermeationspecifiedintheapplicablepart,e.g.byuseofabarrierpipe,shouldbefollowed,oracorrosioninhibitorshouldbeaddedtotheprimarycircuitsinaccordancewithBS5955-8.
