适用范围
本标准是对ＧＢ／Ｔ１４６１３—１９９３《全麦粉发酵时间试验》的修订。本标准自实施之日起，代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１４６１３—１９９３《全麦粉发酵时间试验》。本标准规定了全麦粉发酵时间试验（Ｐｅｌｓｈｅｎｋｅ试验）的原理、仪器和设备、试剂、样品制备、测定步骤和结果表示。本标准适用于各种小麦全麦粉发酵时间试验（Ｐｅｌｓｈｅｎｋｅ试验）。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１４６１３—１９９３的主要差异如下：
———将标准名称改为《粮油检验 全麦粉发酵时间试验（Ｐｅｌｓｈｅｎｋｅ试验）》；
———增加了规范性引用文件；
———将使用天平的“感量０．１ｇ”改为“感量０．０１ｇ”。

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheequipmentandproceduresfordeterminingthewatervapourtransmissionrate,watervapourpermeanceandwatervapourpermeabilityoftestspecimensinthesteadystateunderdifferentsetsofspecifiedtestconditions.Itisapplicabletothermalinsulatingproducts.Itisintendedtobeusedforhomogeneousmaterials(seenote1)andforproductswhichmaycontainintegralskinsorfacingsofdifferentmaterial(s).NOTE1.Amaterialisconsideredtobehomogeneous,withregardtomassdistribution,ifitsdensityisapproximatelythesamethroughout,i.e.ifthemeasureddensityvaluesareclosetoitsmeandensity.NOTE2.Thistestmethodisnotnormallyusedfordeterminingthewatervapourtransmissionpropertiesofsingle,separatevapourbarriers(ofhighdiffusionresistance),suchasprefabricatedfilms,foils,membranesorsheets,duetothelongdurationofthetest.Forproductswithavapourretarderorbarrierwithawatervapourdiffusionequivalentairlayerthicknesssd≥1000m(see3.6),othertestmethodse.g.IR-detectioncanbeusedformeasuringthesingleseparatevapourretarderorbarrier,providedthattheresultsobtainedareinthesamerangeasthevaluesmeasuredinaccordancewiththisstandard.Thewatervapourtransmissionrateandpermeancevaluesarespecifictothetestspecimen(i.e.theproduct)thicknesstested.Forhomogeneousproducts,thewatervapourpermeabilityisapropertyofthematerial.
